1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and kb111 (hereinafter referred to as "kb111", "we", "us", or "our"). kb111 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point during the registration process or during the lifetime of an account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of the account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending further verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of kb111 services, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on kb111. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment credentials, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kb111 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any pending bonuses, and withhold funds pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. kb111 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arises from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials. 3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

kb111 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of this programme, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo identification card (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence); proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months); and proof of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of mobile wallet or bank account statement). Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests delayed until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Payments

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your kb111 account. 5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawals to Bangladeshi bank accounts may take between one and three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. 5.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts, although kb111 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments where this is necessary for operational reasons.

5.4 Bonus-Related Withdrawal Restrictions

Where a player has accepted a bonus, certain withdrawal restrictions may apply until the applicable wagering requirements have been met. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to active wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of the associated bonus amount.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of any conflict between the specific terms of a promotion and these general Terms, the specific terms of the promotion shall take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the terms of a specific promotion, all bonus funds credited to a player account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for the relevant promotion; bonus funds not wagered within this period will expire and be removed from the account.

6.3 Abuse of Bonuses

kb111 actively monitors bonus usage for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; placing opposing bets to neutralise risk; using restricted game types to contribute to wagering requirements; and withdrawing before wagering requirements are satisfied. Where bonus abuse is identified, kb111 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds, void associated winnings, and close the relevant accounts.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Random Number Generators

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kb111 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.

• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at kb111 staff or other players through any communication channel.
